ALL SHOES, JEWELRY, SWIM, BAREFOOT DREAMS, ACCESSORIES, AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS are FINAL SALE.
ONLINE PURCHASES
- Purchases made from the website are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Requests must be made by email within 7 days of you receiving your item in the mail.
- If you placed an order online and need a different size, email us within the 7 days to exchange sizes based on available stock.

We have a no cancellation policy. Once your order is made, you can exchange the items for a different size or receive Web Credit only.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free return shipping labels. - All returned items cannot be worn, or damaged in any way. Should your return item not arrive back to us within 15 days after confirmation, that being if the item is eligible for return, will no longer be accepted.
- Please note that all orders are NOT guaranteed. All orders are subject to change based on each items availability in-store.
- Items purchased can be out of stock prior to your purchases, but will be refunded during processing.
- Online orders can take upwards of 24 hours to be processed. All updates made to your order will be communicated through email.

- Eligible items must be brought back to store within 7 days from your purchase to receive an exchange or store credit only. All shoes, accessories, and swim are final sale.
